In this role, you will utilize your LPN training to deliver independent and collaborative nursing care while supporting Registered Nurses. Your day-to-day responsibilities include assessing client needs, planning, and implementing effective care according to BCCNM standards. You will also maintain strong therapeutic relationships with clients and families while documenting care outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and document client care in line with BCCNM standards
• Support clients and families, fostering therapeutic relationships
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and Registered Nurses
• Maintain clinical competence and follow evidence‑based practices
Requirements:
• Graduation from a recognized Practical Nurse program
• Current BCCNM registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work effectively with interdisciplinary teams
• Proficiency in operating nursing equipment
