CAD $32.84 - $41.35 per hour

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position at Purdy Pavilions, Vancouver, BC. Provide independent and collaborative nursing care within an interdisciplinary team, performing full scope of practical nursing functions for clients with predictable outcomes. Support Registered Nurses on clients requiring advanced knowledge and skill. Plan, implement, evaluate, and document client care and communicate with families.

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document client care according to BCCNM standards.
• Provide client and family support, maintain therapeutic relationships.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and support Registered Nurses as needed.
• Maintain clinical competence and evidence‑based practice.

• Graduation from a recognized Practical Nurse program or equivalent education, training, and experience.
• Current practicing registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse with the BCCNM.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with others.
• Physical capacity to perform nursing duties.
• Organizational and work‑planning skills.
• Proficiency in operating related nursing equipment.
