Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate patient care needs

• Coordinate patient admissions, discharges, and transfers

• Maintain patient confidentiality and privacy

• Collaborate with healthcare teams for optimal care

• Support patient flow across departments

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program

• Minimum of 1 year Emergency Department experience

• Active Registered Nurse license in Washington

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
