Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee 24-hour operations of the nursing unit
• Ensure quality patient care and compliance with regulations
• Supervise staff and evaluate performance regularly
• Implement strategic initiatives for department improvements
• Foster collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required
• Minimum of 3 years nursing experience needed
• At least 2 years of leadership experience required
• Financial and budgetary knowledge necessary
• Registered Nurse credential and BLS required
