This role based in Vancouver allows you to utilize your Nurse Practitioner skills to conduct thorough health assessments autonomously. Collaborate with an exceptional team committed to delivering personalized, preventive health care to executives. You’ll not only assess and diagnose but also forge meaningful relationships through ongoing patient education.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead preventive health assessments and executive exams
• Communicate health findings with actionable recommendations
• Collaborate on treatment plans with clinicians
• Counsel patients on health strategies and lifestyle changes
• Manage follow-up care with the clinical team
Requirements:
• MN-NP degree or post-Master's diploma
• Registration as a Nurse Practitioner with BCCNM
• Unrestricted provincial license and BLS certification
• Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records systems
• Experience in preventive health and executive care
Utilize clinical autonomy to drive preventive health for executives at TELUS Health in Vancouver.
