Position: Vacation Relief Registered Nurse Opportunity

As a Staff Nurse reporting to the Patient Care Manager, you will utilize your clinical judgment to evaluate and adjust nursing care according to patient progress. Your contribution will ensure high-quality care and adherence to established protocols while cultivating a compassionate atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patient/resident needs and implement nursing care

• Develop and revise individualized care plans

• Provide direct nursing interventions in emergencies

• Document and monitor patient progress accurately

• Facilitate educational sessions for patients and families

Requirements:

• Current RN registration with BCCNM

• Two years of relevant nursing experience

• Proficiency in communication and team dynamics

• Ability to lead group patient sessions

• Physical capability to perform nursing duties
