Qualicare Home Care BC is seeking compassionate and skilled Wound Care Nurses (RN/LPN) to join our growing home care team. If you’re passionate about delivering high-quality, client‑centered care and want the flexibility to choose your own schedule, this role is for you.

As a Wound Care Nurse, you will provide skilled nursing care in clients’ homes, working collaboratively with our clinical team to achieve positive health outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provides direct patient care
  • Provides accurate, detailed, and timely documentation
  • Conducts ongoing assessments
  • Prepares, administers and appropriately documents actions taken specific to medications
  • Performs all skills, treatments, and procedures competently in accordance with the provincial scope of practice
  • Follows principles of infection control and Universal Precautions
Qualifications
  • Current certificate of competence and good standing
  • Must be a licensed nurse in BC
  • Certified in CPR
  • Strong clinical and wound care skills
  • Negative TB test or chest x‑ray
  • Self‑directing with the ability to work with little direct supervision
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Valid driver’s license and must have a vehicle
