In this role, either a Registered Nurse or Registered Psychiatric Nurse is essential in providing tailored nursing care for clients with severe mental illness and concurrent disorders. You will perform rehabilitation assessments, coordinate with healthcare teams, and engage in therapeutic relationship-building. Your contributions directly enhance quality of life for those in critical phases of mental health recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care and discharge planning

• Conduct psychosocial rehabilitation assessments

• Collaborate with healthcare providers to tailor treatment

• Maintain therapeutic relationship with clients

• Administer medications and monitor client progress

Requirements:

• Current RN or Registered Psychiatric Nurse registration

• Minimum 240-hour mental health clinical practicum

• Strong knowledge of concurrent disorders and recovery models

• Skills in crisis intervention and case coordination

• Proficient in documenting client care accurately
