Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and evaluate patient care needs

• Document patient care accurately in electronic records

• Delegate and coordinate with care team members

• Engage in ongoing education and professional development

• Participate in quality improvement and safety initiatives

Requirements:

• RN license from an accredited nursing school

• Minimum 2 years of Phase I PACU or ICU experience

• BLS certification (upon hire)

• ACLS and PALS within 6 months

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
