  • Provide ethical, high‑quality, and competent care to patients of all ages and acuity levels, including neonates, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and the elderly.
  • Communicate effectively to obtain subjective and objective assessment data and complete an in‑depth physical examination using advanced assessment skills.
  • Within the scope, rely on evidence‑based guidelines using the national care pathways and other provided resources to deduce diagnoses, negotiate and implement care plans, provide health teaching, and assure adequate follow‑up to evaluate care effectiveness.
  • Intervene in the contexts of unstable clinical situations, effectively facilitate communication with the local and remote consulting teams, and participate in planning, organizing, and implementing medical evacuation as needed.
  • Document care according to the guidelines, including using the EMR (electronic medical records).
  • Manage demanding situations according to protocol and involve the necessary support teams.
