As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will work directly with patients and the interdisciplinary team at Bella Coola General Hospital.
Your role involves assessing, planning, and implementing nursing care while advocating for clients and educating families. You'll document patient care and ensure adherence to policies and procedures throughout your shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide independent nursing care to assigned patients
• Assess and implement individualized client care plans
• Advocate for clients and educate on health promotion
• Document care provided and consult with healthcare providers
• Participate in hospital committees and approved research projects
Requirements:
• Current Registered Nurse registration with BCCNM
• Demonstrated nursing practice ability and leadership skills
• Effective communication in team settings
• Proficiency in clinical techniques and CPR
• Physical capability to perform nursing duties
