Join the Ledcor Centre for Adolescent and Transitional Urology, a pioneering initiative at Vancouver Coastal Health. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will provide holistic care to patients aged 15–25, working alongside experts in pediatric and adult urology. This position embraces flexibility in your FTE appointment with both in-person and virtual care options available.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnoses of patients
• Initiate treatment plans, including prescriptions and interventions
• Provide professional guidance to healthcare teams
• Collaborate on quality improvement and research initiatives
Requirements:
• Current registration as a Nurse Practitioner with BCCNM
• Experience as a Nurse Practitioner is preferred
• Ability to manage the full scope of NP responsibilities
• Knowledge of pharmacology and evidence-based practices
• Strong communication and leadership skills
Drive meaningful change in adolescent healthcare through coordination and advocacy at Vancouver Coastal Health.
