Join Vancouver Coastal Health as a Registered Nurse in Dialysis and make a difference at Vancouver General Hospital. Bring your nursing skills to support chronic renal failure patients and their families.
As part of the Nephrology team, you'll operate with a client-centered approach while adhering to the Nursing and Midwives standards. You will play a key role in improving patient care quality through assessments, education, and teamwork within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and provide care for dialysis patients
• Educate on chronic renal failure treatments
• Collaborate effectively in an interdisciplinary environment
• Attend approved practice committees and projects
• Advance your clinical skills for optimal patient care
Requirements:
• Current BCCNM Registered Nurse status
• Completion of nephrology nursing program or 2 years' dialysis experience
• Expertise in renal disease management
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Familiar with dialysis techniques and medical technologies
