Position: RN ASC Nurse for PeaceHealth Surgical Team
Become a part of the surgical team at Peace Health as a Full-Time RN ASC Operating Room nurse, dedicated to high-quality patient care during surgical interventions. This role requires expertise in intra-operative nursing practices.

In this position, you will assess, plan, and implement patient care for diverse surgical needs. You'll work closely with surgical teams to ensure the highest standards of safety and care. With a focus on patient flow and operational efficiency, your contributions will greatly impact patient outcomes in the operating room environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver intra-operative nursing care to patients

• Work collaboratively with surgeons and surgical staff

• Check inventory and equipment readiness before procedures

• Safeguard patients’ well-being during surgery

• Maintain thorough documentation of care processes

Requirements:

• Minimum one year of Operating Room experience

• Accreditation in OR training programs required

• Must possess a valid RN license in Washington state

• Basic, Advanced, and Pediatric Life Support certifications mandatory

• Proficient fine motor skills for effective care delivery
