Position: Nursing Role Coastal Health
Make a meaningful impact as a Registered Nurse or Registered Psychiatric Nurse with Vancouver Coastal Health in Squamish, BC. This role focuses on elderly resident care in a Long Term Care environment.

At Hilltop House, you'll practice in line with BCCNM standards while integrating a resident and family-centered care model. Your nursing expertise will play a crucial role in coordinating care and enhancing the quality of life for older residents facing various health conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and develop care plans for residents

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals

• Lead nursing interventions based on clinical protocols

• Mentor support staff in resident care strategies

• Engage in committees and research projects to enhance care

Requirements:

• Active RN or RPN registration with BCCNM

• Completion of an approved course in gerontology

• Experience with chronic disease in elderly populations

• Ability to implement end-of-life care strategies

• Familiarity with common diagnoses in long-term care
