RN Critical Access Night Shift

Position: RN Critical Access Night Shift Role

As a critical access RN, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs while working closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining patient confidentiality and ensuring safety protocols are followed diligently. This role is pivotal in supporting patient flow and continuity of care, making a positive impact on overall patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and evaluate individualized patient care plans

• Coordinate patient admissions and transfers efficiently

• Uphold patient privacy and confidentiality standards

• Work collaboratively with health care professionals

• Support quality improvement initiatives for better healthcare

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program

• 1 year of recent Emergency Department or Urgent Care experience

• Active Washington Registered Nurse license

• BLS and ACLS certifications

• Strong organization and prioritization skills
