This pivotal leadership role requires a seasoned nurse with current registration from the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives and three years of specialty experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily patient care and nursing staff operations

• Monitor patient acuity and adjust staffing as needed

• Act as a clinical resource to the interdisciplinary team

Requirements:

• Current RN registration with the BC College of Nurses

• Minimum three years of relevant clinical experience
