Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing care to patients on the inpatient ward
• Deliver emergency care to diverse patient populations
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Maintain and advance clinical competencies
• Assist in designated committees and research projects
Requirements:
• Recent acute medical/surgical experience preferred
• Eligibility for BCIT Emergency Nursing Specialty Program
• Commitment to ongoing education and training
• Willingness to relocate to Bella Coola, BC
• Ability to engage in continuous improvement
