Position: Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurse Role

This role offers part-time and full-time opportunities for Licensed Practical Nurses at our modern facility. Your responsibilities will involve supporting resident admissions and discharges, conducting assessments, and administering treatments. Collaboration with physicians and families is essential to ensure individualized care for each resident.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with resident admissions, discharges, and transfers

• Conduct assessments and contribute to care planning

• Administer medications and wound care treatments

• Document care in Point Click Care  system

• Liaise with interdisciplinary teams during care conferences

Requirements:

• Active LPN registration with BCCNM

• Current CPR and First Aid certification

• Familiarity with electronic documentation systems

• Strong communication skills in English

• Preferred past experience in long-term care
