Position: Compassionate LPN for Long Term Care
Join Holy Family Hospital as a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) delivering exceptional care in long-term settings. Support residents and families emotionally while fostering a healing environment.

As part of an interdisciplinary team at Holy Family Hospital, you'll engage deeply with over 120 long-term care residents. Your primary focus will be to ensure each resident receives personalized care, providing both physical health monitoring and emotional support. Your ability to communicate effectively with families and collaborate with healthcare professionals is crucial in creating a home-like atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care tailored to each resident

• Monitor vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team

• Prepare residents for medical procedures and assist with admissions

• Maintain records and communicate effectively with family members

• Assist with staff training and orientation

Requirements:

• Graduation from a recognized Practical Nurse program

• Current registration with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives

• Basic life support certification

• Knowledge of CPR and emergency response

• Physical ability to fulfill nursing duties
