In this position, you will take responsibility for patient assessments, diagnose health issues, and develop individual treatment plans.
Your role will require deep collaboration with other healthcare professionals, ensuring a holistic approach to care while implementing evidence-based strategies that meet community health needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform comprehensive health assessments and diagnoses
• Initiate and manage treatment plans and prescriptions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal care
• Develop health strategies based on population needs
• Evaluate service outcomes through peer and program reviews
Requirements:
• Active registration as a Nurse Practitioner with BCCNM
• Relevant experience in nursing or related field preferred
• Proficient in diagnosing and treatment of conditions
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
• Commitment to advancing professional skills and knowledge
