You will provide psychogeriatric assessments, crisis interventions, and individual counseling to support older adults facing mental health challenges. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychogeriatric assessments for older patients

• Provide crisis intervention and case coordination

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions

Requirements:

• Current RN or RPN registration with BCCNM

• Three years of experience in geriatric mental health

• Valid Driver’s License and vehicle required
