In this temporary part-time role, you will coordinate clinical public health services aligning with FNHA and community needs. This position requires a Bachelor's degree in nursing and 3-5 years of public health experience, particularly with TB. Emphasizing collaborative strategies, you will oversee TB screenings, case management, and implement community disease control initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and coordinate TB screening and case management
• Liaise with BCCDC for effective service delivery
• Lead TB nurse advisors in client case management
• Collaborate with CDC team on training and development
• Evaluate and enhance TB community strategies
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Current registration with BCCNM
• 3-5 years in public health nursing focusing on TB
• Travel willingness to community health sites
• Familiarity with PANORAMA data systems
