St. Paul's Hospital is seeking passionate Registered Nurses or Registered Psychiatric Nurses to collaborate within the Acute Behavioural Stabilization Unit. This full-time role in a state-of-the-art facility requires two years of psychiatric nursing experience in a tertiary care setting. You will engage with interdisciplinary teams to manage complex psychiatric cases while supporting both patients and families.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess, plan, and evaluate nursing care for patients
• Develop and revise patient care plans
• Facilitate individual and group education sessions
• Support colleagues by sharing knowledge and best practices
Requirements:
• Current RN or RPN registration in British Columbia
• Minimum two years' psychiatric nursing experience
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work in an interdisciplinary team
