Palliative Care Nurse at Evergreen Nursing

Evergreen Nursing is seeking dedicated RNs and LPNs with at least 6-12 months of experience in acute or palliative care. This casual role allows you to work with Vancouver Coastal Health's Home Hospice Program across the Lower Mainland. With a commitment of at least four shifts per month, you will be part of an award-winning team known for their compassionate care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide one-on-one care to palliative clients
• Work flexible 12-hour shifts, days or nights
• Collaborate with Vancouver Coastal Health team
• Support clients with respite and symptom management
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development
Requirements:
• Full, unrestricted BCCNM license
• 6-12 months acute or palliative care experience
• Compassionate approach to nursing
• Strong communication and assessment skills
• Commitment to embodying Evergreen Nursing values
