We are seeking Licensed Practical Nurses to join our dynamic team s role emphasizes patient care by visiting individuals in the community and performing essential medical assessments such as blood pressure and glucose monitoring. You will also administer various forms of medication while interpreting assessment data to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct patient-specific assessments in the community
• Administer medications via injections, creams, and patches
• Adjust medications based on assessment data findings
• Follow company protocols for acute care situations
• Document all interventions and patient behavior changes
Requirements:
• Valid Driver's License and access to a vehicle
• Licensed with British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM)
• Availability for evening and weekend shifts
• CPR Certification preferred
• Provisional LPN candidates are welcome to apply
