Nurse Practitioner Youth Case Management

Based at the Robert Lily Lee center, this role requires current registration as a Nurse Practitioner with the BCCNM. You will assess and diagnose disorders, initiate treatment plans, and provide professional guidance to allied health staff. The position emphasizes collaboration with other health professionals for effective case management and community service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of youth patients

• Initiate and manage treatment, prescribing medications

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary health teams

• Develop population-based strategies for health improvement

• Participate in peer and program reviews for service evaluation

Requirements:

• Registration with British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives

• Experience as a Nurse Practitioner is an asset

• Strong ability to communicate health findings

• Knowledge of various health-related fields required

• Capability to apply leadership skills in a clinical setting
