OB GYN Nurse Midwife in Bellingham

Elevate your midwifery career at Peace Health St. Joseph Medical Center in Bellingham, WA. This .6 FTE position focuses on women's health within a supportive OB GYN team.

This role is designed for certified Nurse Midwives who have completed an accredited Master of Nursing Program and are board certified with at least three years of experience. You’ll provide a range of care, working weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., while participating in a 24-hour hospital call rotation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver women's health services as part of a collaborative team

• Support clinical exams and non-stress testing for patients

• Utilize onsite resources including ultrasounds and EMR systems

• Contribute to comprehensive health management strategies

• Engage in continuous patient care and safety protocols

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution

• Certified by the American College of Nurse Midwives

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Washington

• At least three years of experience in midwifery

• Flexibility for 24-hour call participation
