Key Responsibilities:

• Provide thorough patient assessments and care

• Support examinations and treatment by healthcare providers

• Maintain accurate and detailed patient documentation

• Execute telephone triage when required

• Liaise with patients, pharmacies, and providers

Requirements:

• Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse in Washington upon hire

• Basic Life Support certification required upon hire

• Clinical experience of at least 1 year is preferred

• Familiarity with age-specific care principles necessary

• Basic computer proficiency and excellent communication skills
