Vancouver Coastal Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the General Surgery team at Sechelt Hospital, BC. Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate patient care activities in defined clinical areas

• Facilitate efficient patient flow among units and clinics

• Act as a clinical resource for nursing staff

• Assist Manager with administrative and staffing duties

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse registration with BCCNM

• Minimum three years related experience

• One year of administrative/supervisory experience

• Valid BC Driver's License preferred

• Strong leadership and teamwork abilities
