Clinical Supervisor Community Care

Position: Clinical Supervisor for Community Care
Enhance community well-being as a Clinical Supervisor overseeing PSWs and HSWs. Lead a supportive team while implementing clinical care interventions for positive client outcomes.

In this full-time role with a focus on quality care, you will supervise and support unregulated care providers to ensure compliance with legislative standards. You will engage with staff and patients, promoting problem-solving and health teaching while conducting patient safety investigations. This is an opportunity to refine your clinical skills in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise PSWs and HSWs to ensure compliance with care standards

• Address concerns from community staff and families

• Facilitate regular huddles and one-on-one meetings

• Conduct patient safety incident investigations

• Collaborate with nursing team for documentation and reporting

Requirements:

• Current RPN or RN registration in Ontario

• Minimum 5 years as a practicing nurse

• Strong patient assessment and community nursing skills

• Proven leadership experience in a clinical setting

• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation

Deliver effective leadership and quality health care within the community as a Clinical Supervisor.
