Float Pool Nurse

Position: Float Pool Nurse at PeaceHealth

As an experienced acute care nurse, you will embark on a full-time night shift position (0.90 FTE) within a supportive and close-knit team. Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate individualized patient care plans

• Deliver compassionate nursing care to complex cases

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams

• Delegate and support the success of the nursing team

• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives

Requirements:

• Active RN license and BLS certification

• Minimum two years of acute care experience

• ICU and/or Emergency Department experience required

• Adaptable and confident in fast-paced settings
