Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate nursing services for residents and external services

• Lead shift reports with healthcare team members

• Document significant changes in residents’ conditions

• Process and implement physician orders efficiently

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

• Knowledge in geriatric and long-term care nursing

• Registration with provincial nursing registry

• Familiarity with applicable nursing regulations
