• Assess and implement patient care under supervision

Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited State Board of Nursing LPN Program

• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred

• Valid Licensed Practical Nurse credential in Washington

• Basic Life Support certification required

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
