Reporting to the Director of Care, you will be integral to an interdisciplinary team dedicated to high-quality nursing care. You will perform essential functions such as completing resident assessments, adjusting care plans, and providing direct nursing services. This position emphasizes building relationships with residents and families, ensuring dignity and respect.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the care team for personalized care

• Manage resident assessments and documentation accurately

• Implement and update care plans as necessary

• Educate residents and families on health and care initiatives

• Direct and delegate tasks within the nursing team

Requirements:

• Valid registration as an LPN in the province

• Experience in gerontology or long-term care (preferred)

• Proficient in electronic documentation

• Strong critical thinking and time management skills

• Completed Vulnerable Sector Check (or willingness to obtain)
