As part of the Executive & Preventive Health team at TELUS Health Care Centres in Vancouver, you will conduct thorough health assessments for high-performing professionals while enjoying a sustainable patient load. Collaborate closely with physicians and specialists to craft personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct daily executive medical exams and health assessments
• Provide clear communication of diagnostic results to patients
• Develop individualized wellness plans with a team of clinicians
• Counsel patients on effective preventive health strategies
• Ensure a high level of patient satisfaction through quality care
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Nursing - Nurse Practitioner or equivalent
• Registration as a Nurse Practitioner with BCCNM
• Proven experience in preventive health and assessments
• Strong decision-making skills in a collaborative environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
