As a key player in our multidisciplinary team at Next Health, you will utilize your advanced clinical skills to conduct thorough patient assessments and deliver primary care services. Your focus includes hormone replacement therapy, developing tailored treatment plans, and educating patients on healthy living and disease management. This role is crucial for helping expand our functional medicine practices while ensuring high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and treatments
• Perform hormone replacement therapy effectively
• Collaborate with healthcare providers on treatment plans
• Educate patients and families on health management
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records
Requirements:
• MSN degree and APRN certification required
• Valid California Nurse Practitioner license
• 2+ years of NP experience in primary care
• 2+ years of experience in Functional Medicine
• Strong clinical and diagnostic abilities
