We are looking for both part-time and full-time Licensed Practical Nurses. In this role, you will be crucial in managing resident care, including admissions, assessments, and the administration of medications. Proficiency in electronic documentation, like Point Click Care , is essential for this position. You will also participate in interdisciplinary team collaborations to elevate the quality of care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage resident admissions, discharges, and transfers

• Carry out assessments and care planning

• Provide medications, treatments, and wound care

• Accurately document care processes in Point Click Care

• Work with care aides and take part in care conferences

Requirements:

• LPN in good standing registered with BCCNM

• CPR and First Aid certification required

• Experience with electronic documentation preferred

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Long-term care experience is an asset
