St. Paul’s Hospital seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse/Registered Psychiatric Nurse to provide care within its 24-hour ABSU. This role encompasses careful assessment, tailored care plans, and crisis management for patients experiencing acute challenges. Collaborate with specialists to deliver well-rounded patient care in a state-of-the-art environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and address patients' holistic healthcare needs

• Develop and modify care plans based on patient evaluations

• Document findings and patient interactions accurately

• Facilitate group sessions for patient education

• Lead nursing interventions during critical situations

Requirements:

• Valid RN and RPN registration in British Columbia

• At least two years of psychiatric nursing in an acute setting

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

• Ability to collaborate effectively within teams

• Capacity to physically manage nursing responsibilities
