Position: Compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse Role

• Deliver person-centred nursing care following LPN standards

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor changes

• Administer medications accurately and follow physician orders

• Develop and document nursing care plans and interventions

• Educate patients and families, advocating for holistic needs

Requirements:

• Graduation from a recognized Practical Nurse program

• Registration with the British Columbia College of Nurses

• Current basic cardiac life support certification

• Effective communication and teamwork skills

• Physical capacity to fulfill duties
