As a Registered Nurse in Mount St. Joseph’s High Acuity Department, you will assess, plan, and deliver exceptional nursing care to medically complex patients. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations and document findings

• Create and implement patient care plans based on assessments

• Provide life-saving interventions during emergencies

• Facilitate educational programs for patients and families

• Contribute to team efforts in care delivery and assessment

Requirements:

• Valid registration with the British Columbia College of Nurses

• Preferred 1-2 years of medical/surgical experience

• Must complete Post-Basic Education funded by PHC

• Strong CPR certification and teamwork skills required

• Effective conflict resolution and teaching abilities
