Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct initial patient assessments and ongoing care
• Work collaboratively with an integrated healthcare team
• Launch your own patient panel in line with practice guidelines
• Deliver trauma-informed care in a supportive climate
• Contribute to developing the clinic’s services
Requirements:
• Certification as a Nurse Practitioner
• Completion or willingness to complete opioid agonist training
• Experience with culturally safe practices
• Commitment to addressing chronic illnesses in underserved populations
• Capacity to collaborate in a multidisciplinary environment
