Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver compassionate nursing care to seniors daily

• Build connections with residents and their families

• Collaborate on personalized wellness plans for residents

• Perform assessments and provide proactive nursing support

• Engage with Health Care Providers for comprehensive care

Requirements:

• Completion of a Practical Nursing program and registration

• Good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Valid CPR certification

• Strong communication abilities with residents and staff

• Previous long-term care or assisted living experience preferred
