Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patient needs and prioritize care requirements

• Provide emergency nursing to patients with various symptoms

• Stabilize multi-trauma victims and participate in disaster response

• Consult and collaborate with healthcare teams

• Maintain and advance clinical competence in emergency care

Requirements:

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with BCCNM

• Approximately two years recent acute medical/surgical experience

• Commitment to 18 months post-training at VCH

• Willingness to participate in specialty training

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
