As an ER Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in patient care, efficiently assessing and triaging cases. Your Med-Surg background will be instrumental as you provide essential treatments and support the healthcare team's efforts in a rural coastal setting, fostering professional growth and community connection.
Key Responsibilities:
• Triage patients based on the urgency of their medical conditions
• Provide rapid treatment for injuries and emergencies
• Perform IV initiation and medication administration
• Observe patient conditions and respond to changes
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure effective care delivery
Requirements:
• RN registration with BCCNM in good standing
• At least 1 year of ER or Med-Surgical nursing experience
• Mandatory ACLS and BLS/CPR certifications
• Preferred TNCC and CTAS certifications
