Join the ACTIVE CARE NURSING UNIT as a part-time Registered Practical Nurse for a temporary position. Provide inpatient and emergency care across various shifts, including nights and weekends.

The Middlesex Hospital Alliance is hiring a part-time Registered Practical Nurse for approximately one year. This role requires at least 2–3 years of medical nursing experience and proficiency in BCLS, along with a dedication to patient care. Your experience in Emergency Nursing, Triage, and Cardiac Care will be essential in this fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive inpatient and emergency nursing care

• Work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends

• Maintain accurate documentation and assess patient needs

• Collaborate effectively within the interdisciplinary team

• Prioritize tasks and manage concurrent demands

Requirements:

• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Proof of COVID-19 vaccinations and TB testing

• 2–3 years of medical nursing experience

• Cardiac Care and Triage experience preferred

• Advanced computer skills in a Windows environment
