Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate home support services with team oversight

Requirements:

• Licensed Practical Nurse graduate with current registration

• Minimum three years' relevant leadership experience

• Valid BC Class “V” Driver’s License

• Knowledge of nursing practices and medication administration

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
