In this full-time or PRN role, your responsibilities will include assisting residents based on their care plans, ensuring their comfort, and effectively communicating with nursing staff. You'll foster a warm atmosphere while checking in on personal needs and facilitating daily activities. Enhancing the quality of life for residents is at the heart of this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Check residents’ personal care needs regularly
• Review and implement changes in care plans
• Report any changes in residents’ conditions
• Assist with daily activities and appointments
• Create a calm and cheerful atmosphere
Requirements:
• Must have a 10th grade education or above
• Certified nursing assistant licensed in Washington
• Active CPR/BLS certification required
• Passion for caregiving and resident quality of life
• Ability to maintain a nurturing environment
Provide compassionate care and enhance the lives of residents at Avamere in Vancouver.
