Join UBC's School of Nursing to facilitate undergraduate clinical practice placements for future nurses. Required qualifications include being a Registered Nurse with BCCNM and several years of experience in clinical and administrative roles. Opportunity is available part-time with FTE ranging from 0.30 to 0.80, focusing on interactive teaching, clinical supervision, and skill assessment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Teach nursing competencies in clinical practice skills labs
• Supervise student groups in hospital/community settings
• Assess and monitor students’ skill performance
• Assist in theoretical coursework and grading
• Participate in planning and evaluation of nursing programs
Requirements:
• Registered Nurse with BCCNM and relevant experience
• Strong clinical background in Adult Acute/Critical Care or related fields
• Commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion
• Exceptional interpersonal and teaching skills
• Flexibility for clinical site orientations
