In this role, you will supervise staff, manage resident care, and ensure compliance with nursing standards as set by the College of Nurses of Ontario. Key Responsibilities:
• Perform nursing tasks as per CNO standards
• Monitor and report changes in resident conditions
• Implement and document the nursing process
• Coordinate care with team members effectively
• Ensure adequate supplies and equipment availability
Requirements:
• Valid Registered Practical Nurse Certificate from CNO
• Previous nursing experience preferred
• Current CPR certification required
• Strong problem-solving and judgement skills
• Satisfactory Police Vulnerable Sector Screen
